James S.A. Corey is the pen name of the writing duo Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck. They are best known for their collaborative work on the science fiction book series The Expanse. The series began with the novel Leviathan Wakes, published in 2011, and has since gained significant popularity and critical acclaim for its intricate world-building, compelling characters, and realistic portrayal of space travel and politics.
