Ty Franck is a writer and assistant to George R.R. Martin, the author of the A Song of Ice and Fire series (adapted into the television series Game of Thrones). Franck’s involvement with Martin inspired him to collaborate with Daniel Abraham on The Expanse series under the pen name of James S. A. Corey.
